I’ve greatly benefitted from copper supplementation. In fact, copper was the first mineral that really helped me with my migraines in a truly profound way. But there’s a lot of controversy over copper, and even concerns around copper “toxicity,” which is why I always kept my dose at around 5 mg/day.
