Today I wanted to share with you some research notes that I’m finding intriguing regarding light sensitivity. I personally am still very light sensitive and suffer occasional insomnia, even absent migraines. And I have come across quite a few clients over the years who have severe light sensitivity, even to the point where a sudden flash of light can trigger a migraine. For these clients, sensitivity to even the smallest amount of light pollution at night can also prevent them from getting a good night’s sleep, and contributes to insomnia (which in turn contributes to their migraines).

I’ve never really had a clue what that was about, until now.

I hope you find this preliminary research as exciting as I do. I’ll be sure to update this article as I find out more.
